What a Terrible Day

It all started with an absolute disaster in the kitchen. My eggs was ruined, my coffee spilled onto the floor, and I stumbled over the shoes causing a nasty scrape. I was already running out of time for work, so this was just the final nail in the coffin. Then, at work, my printer jammed, and I had to stay late. To top it all off, I forgot my wallet on the way home.

Like choosing to eat/ordering/consuming that questionable pizza/curry/sandwich – I'll never forget the disastrous/painful/gut-wrenching consequences.

Past the Worst of Times

Life can sometimes throw us with unforeseen challenges. Nonetheless, even in the darkest of times, there is always hope. It's important to keep in mind that these times are temporary. We must strive the strength within ourselves to overcome these trials and emerge more resilient.
